Month to month, cancel any time. I monitor it, fix it, keep the wording and source documents current, and go through the logs with you monthly. AI and hosting fees are billed to accounts in your name at the provider's own price, so there is nothing for me to mark up.

Where do I start?
A free 15-minute call. We pick the one job you most want off your desk, and I build only that.
Does it send anything without my approval?
It only sends wording you approved during setup, like an order-status reply. Everything else, including anything with a price or a promise, waits for a person you name. Every step is logged, and one setting pauses it.
Where does our data go?
It stays in accounts in your name. To do the job, the text it reads is sent to model providers whose business terms say they do not train on your data. Before we start you get a written list of each provider and what it can see. If your policy rules one out, we use another or we don't build that job.
Who on our side sees what?
Each job reads only the inboxes, folders or store data you name, under the permissions you already set. Who sees the drafts and who can approve them is written into the scope before I build. If a document is restricted today, we decide on the review call whether the AI may read it.
Does it work with the tools we already run?
Yes. It works inside your email, shared drives, CRM, Shopify and the apps around it. Nothing gets ripped out or replaced. For stores, we agree on a freeze window so nothing changes during your busiest weeks.
How does it fit our compliance rules?
It is built to your written procedures. I don't certify compliance and won't claim to. What I hand over to you, or to whoever handles compliance on your side: the provider list, a log of every prompt and draft, and a named approver for anything beyond the wording you approved at setup.
Will it make things up?
It answers from your own documents and prices, shows where each answer came from, holds anything it is unsure about, and logs everything so you can check.
